Booking Requirements

Weekday Same-Day Booking (under 24 hr notice):  Please keep in mind that we try to be as flexible as possible and that we try our best to be understanding of the unexpected schedule changes. We cannot always accommodate last-minute schedule changes or requests (under 24 hours notice). Weekend Booking: Must be made at least 1 week in advance Overnight Booking: Must be made at least 1 week in advance Holiday Bookings (see list below): We ask for a minimum 60-90 days advanced notice. We book up quickly!!

We recommend reserving early, as spaces fill up quickly!

Make holiday reservations at least 90 days in advance. Holidays (see list below) - $10/visit surcharge for all holiday services. Make dog-walking and pet-sitting reservations at least 72 hours in advance. We do our best to help our “regulars” for emergencies but we usually cannot fill last-minute requests.

**Add $3 for each additional cat or dog

***For the safety, health, and comfort of your canine friends, Happy Tails of Philly requires that dogs be visited at least once every 12 hours with a Standard Visit (20-30min visit) while you are gone for an extended amount of time (24 hours or more).
